A key milestone achieved in the journey toward specialist certification
The East, Central and Southern Africa College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ECSACOG) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Continuous Assessment Test I (CAT I) by its OB/GYN residents across the region.
The CAT I examination represents a critical checkpoint in the residency training pathway, allowing trainees to demonstrate their foundational knowledge in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive health. It forms part of ECSACOG’s comprehensive assessment framework, which is designed to ensure residents meet regional and international standards for specialist practice.
